This spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath home has cathedral ceilings and an open floorplan, with a living room, breakfast nook, and formal dining area. The kitchen is fully outfitted with all the appliances and utensils needed should you choose to cook at home.
The home features a private screened in pool with covered eating and sitting areas. Enjoy a morning swim in the pool or a quiet cup of coffee each morning under the shade of the lanai as you take in the spectacular view of the lake and nature preserve.
The Master Suite, with a beautiful view of the pool, lake and nature preserve, features a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and a separate entrance to the lanai & pool. The master bath has a walk-in shower, separate garden tub, double vanity sinks and walk-in closet. There is a King Bed in guest bedroom with a TV + two twin beds in the Disney themed room + travel beds you can put in any room and Pack-n-Play.
Located just 6 miles from the magic of Disney World and just minutes away from all of Orlando's major attractions and dining, including Universal Studios, Sea World, International Drive, Outlet Malls, Old Town, and I-4 highway to Downtown Orlando.

We love Margaritaville. It is a vacation resort and hotel nearby which is also open for non-residents to use. There are sidewalk cafes & restaurants. The resort also boasts its own water park which is also open to nonresidents for a lot less than the major water parks in Orlando. Right beside Margaritaville is a small complex which has boutique shops and even a dine-in cinema. Besides Margaritaville, there is a variety of restaurants within minutes of the home.
